The wardrobes I see at my place of employ astound me. However, one thing is for sure. A pair of blue slacks, white tennis shoes, and a tucked in brown pocketed t-shirt is not "dressed up" Actually, one should never, ever, go to an office dressed this way. No matter how "casual" it may be.
