Very observant aren't we?

Here is something I have noticed over the years of my life. 25 of them so far. I know others have seen this too but I am going to speak on it.

What is up, with the males of a specific ethnicity, wearing shorts and short sleeves whenever they can. I just don't understand it. It is winter time. I don't like it either but just accept it. There is no need for you to be walking around in 40 degree weather with short sleeves on. Send out the memo, it is time to stop this practice.
