2 Quick Thoughts

• I know that people can be night owls, but can they be day owls? Are people that are up during the day not called day owls because they are in the majority?
• If you arrested a deaf person and handcuffed them, would that be the same as tying them up and gagging them?

These are the two things that I want to know right now. Oh and anything having to do with power and not the kind that the lady has in that song by C and C Music Factory. Or is it?
